This was confirmed on Wednesday, Aug. 10, when the Rotary Club of Ottawa Kanata Sunrise held a launch party at Kichesippi Beer Co. (866 Campbell Ave.) to officially announce Oktoberfest Ottawa 2011, scheduled to take place at the Richmond Fairgrounds Sept. 30 to Oct. 2.
